When will the equipment ship? – Unless otherwise noted on this site, your order will ship within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Additionally, an email order confirmation will be sent with estimated delivery time prior to shipment.
Average delivery time? – The equipment will ship from Virginia. Delivery times vary by geography.
How do I arrange for start-up? – Use our Kaeser distributor look-up to find your local Kaeser branch or authorized distributor. Simply call them for startup when the unit is piped and wired. We ask that you give them several days’ notice to allow for scheduling a factory-certified Kaeser Technician.
What’s the warranty? – Kaeser’s standard warranty applies. One year on the entire package and two years on the major components. Extended warranties are available and may be discussed with your local provider at the time of startup.
Who do I call for service? The same Kaeser branch or authorized distributor that performs your startup will handle all service.
Is installation included? No, installation, electrical hook-up, and piping are not included. You may contract with our local Kaeser partner to perform this work. Please note, installation with PVC pipe is not allowed.
